Due to a previous P1 Penalty, and receiving multiple penalties in the race listed below, the penalty has been elevated up to a P3 Penalty.

ARCA Braking (Sportsman race)
Driver was found to brake late or not brake at all into a lap 1 crash as well as a lap 10 crash, making contact with other cars causing additional damage. Drivers should make every attempt possible to slow down and avoid the wreck at all costs, and should not try to navigate through the wreck until cars have stopped wrecking and the track is clear.

Car Control Violation (Sportsman race)
Driver was found to intentionally drift his car thru multiple corners during a caution flag period on lap 30, nearly making contact with other cars. Drivers are not to intentionally drift, or attempt to drift, in any sessions.

Tire Limit Violation (Sportsman race)
Driver was found to take an extra set of tires on lap 31 of the Sportsman race, in a race that was designated as a no-tire race.
Please refer to section 4.10 of the Rulebook regarding Tire Limits.

Restart Violation (Sportsman race)
Driver was found to change lanes on the lap 33 restart, moving from the outside to inside grooves before the start/finish line and began to pass other cars. Drivers must hold the line that they are in and must stay behind the car in front of them, until crossing the start/finish line.

Aggressive Driving (Super race)
Driver was found to make contact with the 17 car on lap 18 that resulted in the 17 car spinning. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Unclaimed Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 78 caution by getting into the back of the 37 car on entry causing him to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Intentional Wrecking
Driver was found to intentional turn down and hit the 25 car on lap 90 caution the 25 car to wreck, after the two drivers previously made contact the lap before. Any kind of intentional wrecking and/or retaliation during the course of a race will not be tolerated and may result in an ejection and/or will be subject to further penalty.

Due to receiving multiple penalties in the same race, the penalty has been elevated to a more severe P1 Penalty.

Aggressive Driving - EOL on Lead Lap
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with multiple cars throughout the race, including making door contact with the 7 car on lap 81, multiple contact with the back of the 12 car on lap 89, and multiple contact with the back of the 32 car from laps 121-133. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Restart Violation- Warning
Driver was found to begin passing three wide on the bottom on the lap 27 restart, before the start/finish line. Drivers must hold the line that they are in and must stay behind the car in front of them, until crossing the start/finish line.

Unclaimed Cause of Caution - EOL on Lead Lap
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 88 caution by getting loose and up into the LR of the 57 car causing him to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Aggressive Driving - Warning
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with back of the 34 car on lap 40 and the 93 car on lap 74 while lapping them, as well as the 85 car on lap 98. Lapped cars are NOT required to move out of the way for the leaders, and when facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Lapped cars are NOT required to move

Due to not showing up for the Summer Classic race in which the driver was expected to be on the grid for, a 1-week suspension will be enforced from the Super Series race. The driver will be eligible to return back to the Super Series for Race 6 (Irwindale). Drivers were given advance notice that if they did not show up to the race, there would be a penalty enforced, which can be seen here in the blue text.

Contact Under Caution
Driver was found to make retaliatory contact with the 60 car on lap 95 under caution. Drivers are not to make retaliatory/intentional contact with others during caution flag periods.

Driver was found to be partly at fault for the lap 131 caution, while after getting spun out the driver then proceeded to stop in the racing line and waiting un the caution was thrown to drive away. Drivers are not to stop on track to intentionally bring out a caution.

Driver was found to be at fault for multiple cautions that went unclaimed, including the lap 13 caution for a self spin, the lap 111 caution for pinching/cutting off the 132 car that caused a spin, and the lap 148 caution for spinning the 17 car. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Drivers are encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Driver was found to take extra tires multiple times including taking right side tires on laps 16, 26, and 70, as well as taking four tires on lap 50, in a race that was designated as a no-tire race.
