Unclaimed Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 74 caution by getting into the back of the 54 car causing him to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Aggressive Driving - Warning
Driver was found to make contact with the 009 on lap 125 by door slamming them in the corner, as well as making other aggressive moves throughout the race. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a SAFE and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Due to being a new driver on probation, the penalty has been elevated up to a P1 Penalty.

Aggressive Driving - Warning
Driver was found to make contact with the 56 on lap 146 by using the bumper to pass, as well as making contact with other drivers throughout the race as a result of divebombing the corners, pinching cars under him in the corners, and chopping other cars' noses off. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a SAFE and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Due to receiving multiple penalties in this race, and being on probation for the season, the penalty has been elevated up to a P1 Penalty.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make contact with the 7 car a couple of times from laps 120-127. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Restart Violation
Driver was found to change lanes on the lap 98 restart, moving from the inside to outside grooves before the start/finish line and began passing the 50 car. Drivers must hold the line that they are in and must stay behind the car in front of them, until crossing the start/finish line

Due to receiving a previous penalty, and being a new driver on probation, the penalty has been elevated up to a P2 Penalty. The 2 Week Suspension will last through Race 5 of the Super Sim Series.

Blocking
Driver was found to block and alter his race line multiple times throughout the race, resulting in either forcing guys onto the apron, causing contact with others, and resulting in two cautions by chopping another driver's nose off. When a car is attempting to pass from behind, drivers are not to block or aggressively alter their race line to prevent the car from getting by.

(*Due to this penalty coming out after the Week 3 SLM race, the driver's SLM result will stand and will not be affected by this penalty.)

Due to receiving multiple penalties in the race, the penalty has been elevated up to a P1 Penalty.

Restart Violation
Driver was found to jump the restart and began passing on the lap 6 restart before the start finish line. Restarts on Dirt are single file, and drivers that are not on the front row, may not jump the starts in any way and must stay in line behind the car in front of them until crossing the start/finish line.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make contact with a couple different cars and the end of the race, including the 37 and 46 cars on laps 57-58. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Driver was found to come back on track multiple laps down and made contact with multiple cars including sideswiping the 44 car, bouncing off of the 43, and taking out the 20. Any kind of intentional wrecking and/or retaliation during the course of a race will not be tolerated and may result in an ejection and/or will be subject to further penalty. Drivers are also not to make retaliatory/intentional contact with others during caution flag periods.

Due to receiving multiple penalties in the race, and due to penalties/suspensions in previous seasons, the penalty has been elevated up to a P3 Penalty.

Aggressive Driving / Intentional Contact
Driver was found to make aggressive and intentional contact with the 20 car multiple times throughout the race. Driver was also found to make aggressive contact with the 89 and 23 cars. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Repeat Unclaimed Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 139 and lap 147 cautions by making aggressive contact and getting into other cars causing himself to wreck. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Drivers are encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Due to receiving multiple penalties in the race, and due to previous penalties and being kicked from a race during the 2017 Fall Season, the penalty has been elevated up to a P3 Penalty.

Unclaimed Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 151 caution by sliding up and getting into the side of the 14 car causing him to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Drivers are encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Driver was found to make aggressive and intentional contact with the 44 car multiple times throughout the race. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Restart Violations
Driver was found to change lanes on the lap 117 restart, moving from the outside to inside grooves before the start/finish line. Driver was also found to roll into starts early while in second place in attempt to gain an advantage over the leader. Drivers must hold the line that they are in until crossing the start/finish line, and the leader controls the start and the second place driver may not take off before the leader at any time.
