Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 6 caution by sliding up into the side of the 37 car on exit causing him to spin. The driver did claim the caution after the checkered flag after watching the replay but will still receive the EOL. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 31 car on lap 2 by getting into the back of the 31 moving him up the track. Driver was also found to make contact on lap 6 with the 37 car by entering the corner high and dooming the 37 car up the track (with slight netcode) When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Due to receiving previous penalties, these penalties have been elevated up to a P3 Penalty. The suspension will be in effect for the remainder of the season and next season the driver will be demoted from the Super Series down into the Contender Series.

Unclaimed Cause of Caution (Race 1)
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 9 caution by trying to get down into the bottom groove but hit the back of the 10 car causing the 10 to slide up and spin the 26 car. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Aggressive Driving (Race 2)
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 31 car on lap 4 by trying to force it under the 31 with a late dive but hit the back of the 31 causing him to hit the 6 who spun into the inside wall. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Due to receiving previous penalties, these penalties have been elevated up to a more severe P2 Penalty. The two week suspension will be in effect through the Round 8 Super Series race at Irwindale Inner.

Unclaimed Cause of Cautions (both races)
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 60 caution in Race 1 by getting into the back of the 61 car twice on entry causing him to spin. Driver was also found to be at fault for the lap 13 caution in Race 2 by trying to cut across the 37 car's nose which resulted in making contact with the 6 car causing the 077 car to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

Due to receiving two previous Aggressive Driving penalties, this penalty has been elevated up to a P2 Penalty, and the driver will also receive a demotion from the Super Series into the Contender Series that will be in effect until further notice.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 88 car on lap 10 by forcing it three wide then trying to cut down to the bottom across the 88 car's nose causing the 88 to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Black Flag Violation
Driver was found to ask for a black flag to be cleared for "passing under yellow", but was supposed to be serving a 15 second penalty for "excessive speeding on pit road" and a 15 second penalty for "passing the pace car" which needed to be served. If admins clear a drivers black flag during the race, but it is found after the race that the driver asked for it to be cleared for a false reasoning, the driver could be subject to a larger penalty.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 57 car on lap 13 by forcing it three wide in the middle and dooring the 57 up the track. The driver was also found to make aggressive contact with others throughout the race that resulted in causing three cautions (all claimed). When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Tire Limit Violation
Driver was found to take extra tires on laps 8 and 24 during a caution, in a race that was designated as a no-tire race.

Negative Radio Chatter
Driver was found to get on the radio with some negative chatter towards other drivers during the race after some lap 150 contact. Drivers are not to get on the radio and yell, curse out, blame, complain or etc. towards another driver, and are encouraged to wait until after the race to view replays and discuss the incident civilly.

Drivers must hold the line that they are in and must stay behind the car in front of them, until crossing the start/finish line, and may not begin passing the car directly in front of them until after the start/finish line.

Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 48 caution in Race 4 by stopping on the track to bring out a yellow.

Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 8 caution by sliding up into the side of the 3 car putting the 3 into the wall, which resulted in both cars wrecking. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.

When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and on dirt, when a car attempts to make a slide job, that driver is responsible for making sure they are clear and the pass is made cleanly.

Unclaimed Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 23 caution by getting into the back of the 9 car causing him to spin. Although the 9 car threw a bad slider, the driver stayed in the gas after contact and didn't lift which resulted in the spin. During a slide job, drivers should be aware when a slide job is being made on them, and be willing to lift off of the throttle IF needed to ensure both cars make it out cleanly without running over the passing car. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause.
