Driver was found to make aggressive moves and aggressive contact with other cars multiple times throughout both races, including the 56 cars on laps 26-27 of Race 1, the 5 car on lap 34 of Race 1, the 56 car on laps 21-22 of Race 2, and the 32 car on laps 32-37 of Race 2. Driver was also the cause of multiple aggressive cautions including spinning the 5 car on lap 43 of Race 1 and spinning the 12 car on lap 41 of Race 2. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Driver was also found to be at fault for a crash at the finish of Race by getting into the back of the 3 car causing him to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 5 car on lap 14, and the 32 car on lap 48 of Race 2. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car. The 2 Week Suspension will last through Race 9 of the Super Sim Series, including the Fall Brawl.

Repeat Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 2 caution which he claimed, but was also at fault for a lap 17 incident by getting into the side of the 67 car causing him to spin, and was also found to be at fault for the lap 63 caution pinching down into the side of the 27 car causing himself to spin, and also the lap 115 caution by getting into the back of the 19 car causing him to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake.

Retaliation
Driver was found to retaliate against the 21 car on laps 60-61 after the two made contact the corner before, by driving aggressively into the back of the 21 car multiple times, in addition to getting into the back of the 21 a couple more times later in the race, and brake checking under the lap 121 caution. Any kind of intentional wrecking and/or retaliation during the course of a race will not be tolerated.

Driver was found to make contact with a couple of different cars throughout the race, including aggressive contact the 92, the 21 multiple times, and the 25 multiple times. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.

Car Control Violation
After getting spun on lap 23, driver was found to sit on track for an extended time on the apron for a lap under green flag conditions and another lap under yellow, putting other cars in danger of making contact which ultimately led to a caution. Driver also sat on track for an extended time after the lap 116 caution. It is the driver's responsibility to return onto the track in the correct direction in a safe manner, but drivers should also avoid sitting on track for an extended period of time, by either escaping out of their cars or by turning around in a safe area such as the infield if possible.

When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake, and drivers are not to move people out of the way to make passes, whether it’s via bumper-to-bumper contact, or by door slamming the other car.
