P3 Penalty - EOL Results + 100 Points + 2 Week Suspension

Due to a previous P1 Penalty, and including the penalties below, this has been elevated up to a P3 Penalty. Driver will also be suspended for an additional 2 Weeks for exceeding the Super Series Damage Points limit. See the Damage Points spreadsheet for more info.

The 4 Week total suspension will be in effect for the first four weeks of the 2020 Fall Season (does not include upcoming mini-season).

Intentional Wrecking
Driver was found to intentionally attempt to spin and slammed on the brakes in front of the 75 car on lap 151. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook regarding Intentional Wrecking.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with multiple cars throughout the race including with the 10 car on lap 59 by pinching the 10 up on exit, with the 05 car on lap 72 by pinching the 05 up on exit, and with the 80 car on lap 103 by getting into the LR of the 80 to force it three wide. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to use their front bumpers excessively to initiate a pass, and once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove or into the wall. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

Intentional Contact
Driver was found to brake check the 32 car on lap 95 under caution and again on lap 96 after previous contact. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated. Drivers are also not to make retaliatory or intentional contact with other cars during caution flag periods. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook regarding Intentional Wrecking.

Driver was found to make retaliatory contact to the 26 car after the race. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated. All rules and procedures regarding contact with other cars, will be enforced for 1 full lap after the checkered flag. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook regarding Retaliation, and section 3.10 regarding Post Race Penalties.

Contact Under Caution
Driver was found to make intentional contact with the 1 car on lap 90 during caution after previous contact. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated. Drivers are also not to make retaliatory or intentional contact with other cars during caution flag periods. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook regarding Intentional Wrecking. 

Aggressive Driving / Intentional Contact
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with multiple cars throughout the race including with the 80 car on lap 7 by getting into the back of the 80, with the 1 car on lap 96 by getting into the back of the 1 car on entry, with the 39 car on lap 103 by getting into the back of the 39 on entry, and with the 39 car again on lap 112 by getting into the back of the 39 on entry. 
When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated, which also includes any kind of retaliatory contact during the race, aka the “he hit me so I hit him back” rule. Unclaimed Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 72 caution by pinching down on corner exit and cutting across the RF of the 16 car causing him to spin. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove or into the wall. Car Control Violation
After being involved in the lap 86 crash, driver was found to not hold their brakes and rolled into other cars collecting them in the wreck. Drivers that fail to hold their brakes after being involved in an incident, and roll into oncoming traffic, may be subject to a penalty. Please refer to section 3.4 of the Rulebook regarding Car Control.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 65 car on lap 66 by getting into the back of the 65 car on entry nearly causing him to spin. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are not to use their front bumpers excessively to initiate a pass. Restart Violation
Driver was found to change lanes on the lap 32 restart, moving from the top to the bottom groove before the start/finish line. Drivers must hold the line that they are in until after crossing the start/finish line on all starts and restarts. Please refer to section 3.3 of the Rulebook regarding Restart Procedures.

Connection Issues
Driver was found to be partially at fault for the lap 27 caution due to their connection causing them to blink. Drivers are responsible for their own connection issues, and if these issues result in cautions or other contact, they may be subject to penalty. Please refer to section 3.2 of the Rulebook regarding Connection Issues.

Aggressive Driving

Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 24 car on lap 87, and with the 27 car on lap 56, by cutting down/pinching on corner exit resulting in contact. When a pass is being attempted from behind, drivers are not to block, chop, or aggressively alter their race line in attempt to prevent a passing car from getting by. Due to a previous P1 Penalty, this has been elevated up to a P2 Penalty. The 2 Week Suspension will be in effect through the Week 6 Contender Series race.

Due to the driver receiving more than 30 incidents in the race on lap 150, their scoring will be moved back to a DQ on the lap they received their 30th incident (see section 1.8 of the Rulebook about Penalty Points).

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact multiple cars throughout the race, including getting into the back of the 3 car on lap 136, getting into the back of the 3 car on lap 149, and diving onto the apron to get under the 90 car then sliding up and dooring him. Driver also accumulated 30 incidents in the race. Drivers are not to use their front bumpers excessively to initiate a pass, and when facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove or into the wall. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

Restart Violation
Driver was found to change lanes on the lap 148 restart, moving from the top to the bottom groove before the start/finish line. Drivers must hold the line that they are in until after crossing the start/finish line on all starts and restarts. Please refer to section 3.3 of the Rulebook regarding Restart Procedures.

Due to a previous P1 Penalty, this has been elevated up to a P2 Penalty. The 2 Week Suspension will be in effect through the Week 6 Dirt Night events.

Repeat Cause of Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for multiple cautions throughout the race. Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 6 unclaimed caution by turning down under the 2 car on a restart and then dooring him into the wall on the straightaway causing him to wreck. Driver was also found to be at fault for the lap 29 caution by getting loose and cutting down the track across the 79 nose causing him to wreck. Driver was also found to be at fault for two other claimed cautions. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove or into the wall. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause. Intentional Wrecking / Retaliation
Driver was found to make retaliatory contact on lap 13 by intentionally wrecking the 112 car after they made contact the previous lap. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated, which also includes any kind of retaliatory contact during the race, aka the “he hit me so I hit him back” rule. Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 3 car on lap 13 by throwing a poor slider up into the side of the 3. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. When a car attempts to make a pass via a “slide job”, that driver is responsible for making sure they are 100% clear and the pass is made cleanly without sliding up into the other car, or without coming up in front of the other car at a significantly reduced speed that results in contact. Car Control Violation
After being involved in the lap 93 crash, driver was found to back his car up in front of oncoming traffic resulting in contact with the 5 car. If a driver spins or crashes, it is their responsibility to return onto the track in the correct direction in a safe manner, without putting other cars in danger of receiving damage. Drivers who turn their cars around on track and make contact oncoming cars may be subject to penalty. Please refer to section 3.4 of the Rulebook regarding Car Control.
