P2 Penalty - EOL in Results + 50 Point Penalty + 2 Week Suspension
Due to receiving multiple penalties listed below, in addition to a previous P1 Penalty, this has been elevated up to a more severe P2 Penalty. The 2 week suspension will carry over into the first two weeks of the Summer Season.

Car Control Violation
Driver was found to use the outside wall a number of times throughout the race to gain an advantage (wall riding). Drivers are not to wall ride, or intentionally use the wall to gain time, in any sessions. Please refer to section 3.4 of the Rulebook regarding Car Control.

Restart Violation
Driver was found to "jackrabbit" the lap 32 and lap 61 restarts, by slowly speeding up and then reducing speed just prior to taking off causing cars behind to stack up. Any braking, speeding up and slowing down, or “jackrabbiting” before taking off for the green flag, may result in penalty. Please refer to section 3.3 of the Rulebook regarding Restart Procedures.

Unclaimed Caution
Driver was found to be at fault for the lap 17 caution sliding into the side of the 151 car causing him to spin. Drivers are not to make door-to-door contact to complete a pass, and drivers should also allow enough room for both cars to race next to each other without making contact, and when facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette, and section 3.6 regarding Cautions.

Retaliatory Contact
Driver was found to make retaliatory contact on lap 135 by getting into the back of the 97 car and spinning him (claimed caution) after the two made previous contact during the previous lap. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated, which also includes any kind of retaliatory contact during the race, aka the “he hit me so I hit him back” rule. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook regarding Retaliation.

Driver was found to be at fault for multiple cautions in the race, including an unclaimed caution on lap 51 by getting into the back of the 06 car in the corner causing him to spin, and an unclaimed caution on lap 83 by pushing up into the second groove into the 65 car causing him to spin. Drivers are strongly encouraged to claim fault for causing a caution during the race if they were the cause, and drivers that are at a fault for multiple cautions in a race are subject to penalty. Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with the 03 car multiple times, including sliding up and making door-to-door contact on laps 135, 156 and 160, and also pinching the 03 car down resulting in door-to-door contact on lap 159. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove or into the wall. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

Drivers are not to use their front bumpers excessively to initiate a pass, and when facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. Drivers are also encouraged to claim fault for a caution during the race if they were the cause. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette, and section 3.6 regarding Cautions.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make aggressive contact with other cars throughout the race including throwing a bad slider in front of the 93 causing contact on lap 10, sliding up and making contact with the 02 and 05 cars on lap 16, throwing a bad slider on the 3 car on laps 60 and 62 causing contact, and throwing a bad slider into the 69 car on lap 69. When facilitating a pass, it is the responsibility of the car attempting the pass to facilitate a safe and clean overtake. When a car attempts to make a pass via a “slide job”, that driver is responsible for making sure they are 100% clear and the pass is made cleanly without sliding up into the other car. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.
