Due to previous penalties, this has been elevated up to a P2 Penalty. Driver will also be suspended for the Round 4 Super Series race at Oxford (since penalties were posted after the Round 3 event) for exceeding the Super Series Damage Points limit. See the Damage Points spreadsheet for more info.

Contact Under Caution
Driver was found to make retaliatory contact with the 80 car during the lap 89 caution, by driving up and running into the back of the 80 car twice, after the two drivers made contact the lap prior. Any kind of retaliation or intentional wrecking, during the course of a race will not be tolerated. Drivers are also not to make retaliatory or intentional contact with other cars during caution flag periods. Please refer to section 3.7 of the Rulebook regarding Retaliation.

Aggressive Driving
Driver was found to make contact with the 16 car on the lap 22 by getting under the 16 car on entry and pushing up into the second groove and dooring the 16 up the track. Driver was also involved in an incident that was partially initiated by blocking/running a car down the track on entry. Once a pass is initiated and both cars are running side-by-side, both drivers should allow enough room for them to race next to each other without making contact, pinching, or running the other cars out of their groove or into the wall. Please refer to section 3.5 of the Rulebook regarding Passing Etiquette.

ARCA Braking
