D1 Penalty

Any penalties that fall within the D1 category would result in the following penalty, but could be advanced to a higher level depending on the severity of the offense.

EOL IN NEXT ROUND + EOL IN NEXT EVENT’S HEAT RACE

D1 PENALTIES (DIRT ONLY)

Drivers may receive a D1 Penalty if they are found to cause an incident or an unclaimed caution, or are found to be aggressive in a Heat Race/C/B-Main that doesn’t bring out a caution. If a driver receives a D1 Penalty, they will receive an EOL to start the following round that race night, as well as an EOL in their next race event for their Heat Race. If a driver receives a D1 Penalty but doesn’t make it into a transfer spot, they will only receive an EOL in their next event in their Heat Race.

Once a driver receives a D1 penalty, any further D1 penalties will advance their penalty level, depending on the severity of the offense.
FOR EXAMPLE:

One D1 Penalty + second D1 penalty = P1 Penalty (plus EOL next Heat Race)
One D1 Penalty + P1 Penalty = P1 or P2 Penalty (plus EOL next Heat Race)
One D1 Penalty + P2 Penalty = P2 or P3 Penalty (plus EOL next Heat Race)

WARNINGS

Any penalties that fall within the Warning category would result in a warning, but could be advanced to a higher level depending on the severity of the offense.

WARNINGS

Once a driver receives a Warning, any further penalties will advance their penalty level, depending on the severity of the offense.
FOR EXAMPLE:

One warning + second warning = P1 Penalty
One warning + P1 Penalty = P1 or P2 Penalty
One warning + P2 Penalty = P2 or P3 Penalty

P1 PENALTIES

Any penalties that fall within the P1 category could result in any of the following penalties, or any combination of them depending on the severity of the offense:

EOL ON LEAD LAP
EOL IN RESULTS
5 POSITIONS DOCKED
30 POINT PENALTY

P1 PENALTIES

Once a driver reaches a P1 Penalty, any further penalties could advance their penalty level, depending on severity of offense.
For example:

P1 Penalty + Warning = P1 or P2 Penalty
P1 Penalty + P1 Penalty = P2 Penalty
P1 Penalty + P2 Penalty = P3 Penalty

The following penalties will results in an automatic P1 penalty without any warning.
• Unclaimed Cause of Caution/Incident
• Repeat Cause of Caution/Incident
• Tire Limit Violation
Any other penalties or offenses could be considered a P1 Penalty, and is up to the discretion of league admins, depending on the severity of the offense.

P2 PENALTIES

Any penalties that fall within the P2 category could result in any of the following penalties, or any combination of them depending on the severity of the offense:

EOL IN RESULTS
50 POINT PENALTY
2 WEEK SUSPENSION
SERIES DEMOTION (SLM)

P2 PENALTIES

Once a driver reaches a P2 Penalty, any further penalties could advance their penalty level, depending on severity of offense.
For example:

P2 Penalty + Warning = P2 or P3 Penalty
P2 Penalty + P1 Penalty = P3 Penalty
P2 Penalty + P2 Penalty = P3 Penalty

The following penalties will results in an automatic P2 penalty without any warning.
• Intentional Wrecking/Contact
• Retaliation
Any other penalties or offenses could be considered a P2 Penalty, and is up to the discretion of league admins, depending on the severity of the offense.

P3 PENALTIES

Any penalties that fall within the P3 category could result in any of the following penalties, or any combination of them depending on the severity of the offense:

EOL IN RESULTS – 100 POINT PENALTY – SEASON SUSPENSION – LEAGUE BAN

P3 PENALTIES

Once a driver reaches a P3 Penalty, any additional P3 Penalties in future seasons would result in a league ban.
