Race1.us Dirt Night presented by JB Trucking – Dirt Pro Late Models – Round 2 – February 19, 2019 – USA Int’l Speedway

Race Summary – Clay Snider led the field to the green flag after the invert and led the opening 17 laps of the race before Devon Morgan worked his way into the top spot after a restart. From there it was a three way battle between Morgan, Zack Novak, and Jimmy Mullis out front. Novak and Morgan threw a handful of sliders back and forth over the final 30 laps, with Morgan throwing the final one with just 10 laps to go. But as the laps ticked off, Morgan realized he was low on fuel, allowing Novak to get back to his rear bumper. With just 3 laps left, Morgan began to sputter with Novak trapped behind him, which allowed Mullis to swing around the outside past both cars and into the lead just before one final caution flew, sealing the late victory for Mullis.
