Allman Avoids Catastrophe, Rebounds For Richmond Win

In Round 5 for the Super Series, the division took on Richmond for 110 laps in the www.midwestpowersource.com 110.

Race Summary – Tyler Price was inverted to the front and led early on, but it didn’t take long for Colin Allman to charge from his 6th starting spot up to the lead on lap 23. Shortly after on a restart, things would be shaken up at the front as the leaders would tangle during a stackup coming to green, which left Allman and Joe Schaffer facing the wrong way in front of the field. Jimmy Mullis inherited the lead, but Allman was able to keep 2nd in the melee and would regain the lead shortly after. Allman would then go on to dominate the final 70 laps for his 6th career SARA win.
